At The Med Spa of Ascension, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and we prepare in advance to ensure your experience is exceptional. To provide the best service to all our clients:

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. 
• No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost with a minimum of $50. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may result in a No-Show and you may be charged as such.

• Deposits: Some services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This will be applied toward your treatment and is transferable if proper notice is given.
• Frequent late cancellations and/or No-Shows will result in a non-refundable deposit being required to schedule an appointment.

We understand that emergencies, sickness and weather-related events may occur but ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. We will make every attempt to minimize any fees by confirming with you via phone, 48 hours prior to the appointment and automated reminders will be sent upon booking, at 72 hours and at 24 hours prior to the appointment.
